UniFLOW - What to do when you can't print

Option 1. If you can´t print, please check the following:

  • Press CTRL + ALT + Delete and click on Task Manager.
  • Scoll down through the Processes and find UniFlow SmartClient, right click on it and choose End Task (When done close Task Manager".

  • In the Search bar, write UniFlow and open it, it should take 30-45 sec.,


     
  • Now check if the UniFlow icon is present "in red and Grey color) 


​Option 2.

  • · Check if the hidden icon box contains the Uniflow icon “Red circle on picture”.

     
  • If the Icon is't present, enter the Type here to search box”, enter UniFlow and hit the Enter key, wait for 30 sec, and check if the icon is present now, if yes please try to print again.
  • Try to print again.

 

Option 3. 

  • Click on Windows Key + I “opens the settings menu”.
  • Click on Devices.
  • Click on Printers and scanners “left side of the window.
  • Click on Open Queue.

  • If you see any documents with errors, please delete them, and try to print again.

Option 4.

  • Where is my pincode ?
  • Click on this link https://dca-dk.eu.uniflowonline.com. Press PIN on the page below and see the four digits ? You can also search your mailbox for e-mail where subject is uniFLOW Online: uniFLOW Online PIN
