Self Service Password Reset

We have a solution for resetting/changing your password by yourself. Setting up your account involves adding two sign-in verification methods, and you can choose from five:

1. Authenticator (a smartphone app)
2. Phone
3. Alternate phone
4. Security questions (available as a second method)
5. Email address (available as a second method)

We highly recommend choosing the Authenticator app as one of the two methods, as it is easy to use, the fastest and most secure option. Here’s the process for setup:

1. Visit (only needed once): https://aka.ms/ssprsetup and choose a method:

2. Follow the on-screen instructions, which will typically include installing and then testing the Authenticator app or entering a phone number and then testing your phone.

3. Repeat the first two steps and specify a second method.
